I have not done yoga before

The private yoga is one of the most effective ways to build a regular sustainable yoga practice. We can discuss any concerns if you have and work with you going forward to make sure your private classes are always perfect for you.

I’m not flexible enough for yoga

You do not need to be able to touch your toes to do yoga. But yoga works to increase strength and flexibility if you do yoga for longer time you become then more flexible.

You are your own best teacher when it comes to practicing yoga, so please always listen to your body, work around your own abilities.

I’m not very fit

Every yoga classes tailored to your experience, fintess and mood. I will work with you to make sure your class reflects this and hopefully you will get more fitter after every yoga class.

 

What should I bring?

Just bring yourself and wear a comfortable clothes what you would wear to the gym. It’s important to be comfortable and have freedom of movement for all yoga classes.

Do you provide yoga mats?

I do provide mats when you visit me, otherwise if I  come to your place you use own yoga mats.

How many times do I have to practice yoga?

It is good to practice once a day, but you can do a yoga class as often as you would like, whether it’s once a week, or once every day. You can practice yoga anywhere,  even just for 5 minutes in the morning when you first roll out of bed or practicing in your living room also is no less beneficial than taking a yoga class!

What times do you offer yoga sessions?

I am able to offer regular sessions from 9am to 9pm Monday to Sunday. If you would like book a session give me a notice in advance before 1-2 days.

 

Can I eat before class?

I recommend to not eat for at least 1 to 2 hours before your session. If this is not possible try and eat lightly before your class.

Can I do yoga in my hotel room?

If your hotel room more enough for two person for standing exercises then I can visit you. If you feel your room not comfortable for yoga session please try to contact with your hotel to organise another space where I can take your session. If you are in a suite we can schedule a session in a separate living area.

Which class is best for me?

That depends on your intention for coming to yoga, your current level of fitness and your prior yoga experience.

How do I pay for classes?

To pay for classes please contact me, and you can make a direct transfer, pay with paypal or use cash.
